The everyday case changes through the week. Mornings bring blueberry and cranberry orange muffins, crumb cake and a rotating mix of danishes, croissants, scones and cinnamon rolls, with donuts on Saturdays. Cookies come in classic flavors such as chocolate chip and oatmeal craisin, stuffed versions like s'mores and peanut butter cup, and hand-piped Italian butter cookies. Cupcakes include cookies and cream and death by chocolate, with a cupcake of the week announced on social media. The bakery also makes New York-style cheesecake, whole in a 9-inch size, by the slice or as 3-inch personal cakes, plus chocolate-covered Oreos, pretzels and nut clusters.
Gluten-free and vegan items are offered, though the selection varies by day, and the kitchen handles dairy, wheat, soy, nuts and eggs, so cross-contact is possible. Posted hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday; the shop is closed Mondays.
For custom work, the bakery prefers a week or more of notice for cakes and two weeks or more for cookies, depending on the season. Anything needed within 72 hours should be requested by phone during business hours, since email replies can take one to three days. Custom orders are confirmed only once paid in full, while wedding cakes and large orders are paid in scheduled installments. Orders within two months of pickup are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date with two weeks' notice; earlier cancellations receive store credit, and wedding cake orders are final. Online preorders and seasonal Thanksgiving orders are also taken through the site.
