Terms of use.

What this site is

SearchLocal is a free, independent directory of local businesses in Ocean County, NJ. It is provided for general information. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Accuracy

We check listing details against each business's own website and public information before publishing, but businesses change their hours, menus, prices and services without telling us. Details may be out of date or wrong. Please confirm with the business before you visit or buy. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of quality.

Third-party websites

Listings and articles link to business websites and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Content you submit

If you submit a business listing or a correction, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it, and you allow us to publish and edit it for the directory. We may decline or remove any submission, including ones that break our listing guidelines.

Our content

The articles, layout and original text on this site belong to SearchLocal. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages or republish the directory. Some listing data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL, as noted in the footer.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are labeled, and advertisers do not influence what we list or write. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work and how to control them.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SearchLocal is not liable for losses that result from relying on information on the site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the page when we do. Questions: hello@searchlocal.live or the contact page.
